How the engagement runs

    Selection management and the opening study

    We establish every opening and its requirements before anything is specified or ordered.

    The specified set with dealer quote reconciliation

    Most projects arrive already specified by the architect, so our role is to enforce that specification exactly. Every quote is priced against the same locked set, which makes the numbers truly comparable. The builder can run up to five competitive quotes, from several dealers or as revised bids from the same ones, and we reconcile each against the set, so the decision comes down to price and delivery, not to who quietly quoted a lesser product.

    The production set, in two parts

    The set is delivered in two coordinated parts.

    Part 1 · The building set

    The full set the shell crew pours from and the dealer orders from.

    Part 2 · The installer detail set

    Every head, sill, jamb, and mull detail with complete waterproofing documentation, delivered as an 8.5 x 11 laminated layout book.

    The Measured Opening Kit: laminated bilingual cards in English and Spanish hung at every opening, with a sign and return record and photo verification before cover.

Waterproofing carries all the way through

Because one set governs the pour, the waterproofing, and the set, what the builder buys is what actually installs, sealed and flashed correctly the first time.
